Dear international sausage friends

y29uih5d7e
I just noticed that this blog is recently referred to by serveral european sites, such as blogs from Italy, Spain or France. I appreciate this very much, as it points out that sausage is a topic of international relevance. So welcome to the Wurstblog everybody!
Yes, this is a blog about sausage and nothing but sausage. And unfortunately it is (up to date) only available in German. But you can still take a look at all the delicous pictures and please feel free to comment in English or write me an e-mail, if you have any questions. Also, as I can tell from my referrers, some foreign visitors use the google translation service. I tried it myself and I must say that it works much better than I thought. Many of the sentences even make sense! So maybe you want to give it a try. Guten Appetit.

Hi Colin!
I never made sausages myself, so I don’t have any recipies. But I would love to do so one day. Do you have any tips for me? Which would be an easy sausage for beginners?

There is this great website on sausage and sausage-making in Dutch… http://worstlog.com/ Perhaps you could use the pork’s front legs to put in ‘NL’ ?
